Zusammenfassung

Der seit Jahren bestehende Mangel an humanen Spenderorganen hat zu einem verstärkten Interesse an der Xenotransplantation geführt. Eines der Hauptprobleme bei der Transplantation speziesfremder Organe ist die hyperakute Abstoßungsreaktion, die durch die Bindung von präformierten natürlichen Antikörpern (PNAK) an Endothel-zellen verursacht wird. Dabei spielen sowohl die Komplement-abhängige Aktivierung der Blutkoagulation, als auch die Komplement-unabhängige Freisetzung von Mediatoren eine entscheidende Rolle [1, 2]. Um den Komplement-unabhängigen, nichtzytotoxischen Wirkungsmechanismus von PNAK näher zu untersuchen, haben wir die Effekte dieser Antikörper auf schlagende Herzmuskelzellkulturen untersucht.
