    Structural basis for selective recognition of ESCRT-III by the AAA ATPase Vps4

    In yeast, two ESCRT-III-related subunits, Vps2 and Did2 bind to Vps4. The crystal structure of Vps2 bound to Vp4 s is presented, elucidating the basis for selective recognition of the ESCRT-III complex.
