Enhancing the stability and activity by anchoring Pt nanoparticles between the layers of etched montmorillonite for oxygen reduction reaction
燃料电池被认为是未来电动汽车及其他民用场合最有希望的化学电源。然而,其碳载铂催化剂活性与稳定性仍难满足燃料电池大规模商业化要求,制约了燃料电池发展。本文报道一种新型层状结构燃料电池铂催化剂,利用刻蚀的多孔蒙脱土层间纳米空间锚定纳米铂颗粒抑制纳米铂的迁移和团聚,利用蒙脱土/纳米颗粒**相互作用调变铂电子结构提高催化活性。结果表明:该新型多孔层状结构催化剂相比商业化铂碳催化剂的氧还原催化活性和稳定性分别提升了1.8和1.6倍。
