Earth and Environmental Sciences: Bioremediation: Recent Developments and Future Perspectives

Soil and water pollution throughout the globe are increasing at rapid rate, posing serious threat for ecosystem. There is strong need to find ways to control this pollution rate and one of the ecofriendly approaches, is to encourage bioremediation related technologies like phytoremediation, using biochar, using potential microbes etc. This topical collection is devoted but not restricted to understand the current and recent developments in the field of bioremediation. Original articles as well as focused reviews and viewpoint are welcome.
