Abstract

A certain cabin door needs an actuator for speed buffering during normal operation. During emergency operation, the door movement speed is controlled and stabilized to a certain speed after a certain time. In this paper, simulink and the motion module in LMS Virtual Lab were used to co-simulate the working conditions involved in normal operation and the gas, liquid and mechanical movements involved in emergency operation. The influence of high and low temperature on gas and liquid was considered, and the sensitivity of dam** to speed was integrated to verify the design parameters. The risk of physical iteration is reduced, the parameters are optimized in advance, and the structure is improved, which provides an effective means for the design of emergency actuator system.
