Cadastral Value Differentiation of Agrolandscapes in Humid, Arid, and Semi-Arid Lands of the Russian Federation

  • Published:
Moscow University Soil Science Bulletin Aims and scope

Abstract

The calculated cadastral value is proved to be sensitive to agroclimatic parameters and soil conditions/soil fertility factors in humid, arid, and semi-arid lands of the Russian Federation. The cadastral value of agrolandscapes tends to decrease with an increase in soil gleying, erosion, stonyness, salinization, solonetzization, deflation, and consolidation. The agrolandscape cadastral value significantly increases due to drainage and irrigation.
