Abstract

Parameters of the cadastral value of soils in agroclimatic subzones of agro-landscapes in Irkutsk oblast are determined. The sensitivity of approaches to its calculation under various soil–geographical conditions is shown. The low cadastral value of agricultural land is related to low agroclimatic potential of the region.
