Abstract

The Fe-Co-Mo/Al2O3 catalyst was synthesized by “wet combustion” with the use of metal nitrates and citric acid. Multi-walled carbon nanotubes obtained by the catalytic pyrolysis of propylene were shown to grow on this catalyst in the form of bundles. The influence of process parameters on the properties of the nanotubes was studied.
