Self-Induced Processes of Viscous–Nonviscous Interaction in a Laminar Boundary Layer over a Porous Surface

Local flow in the boundary layer in the vicinity of a porous wall is investigated. On the basis of asymptotical analysis, mathematical models are formulated and similarity parameters are determined. Numerical ...

Propagation of Perturbations in a Boundary Layer under Strong Hypersonic Interaction

Nonstationary processes in a hypersonic boundary layer are studied. A phase shift by propagation of perturbations upstream was found caused by a finite upstream propagation velocity of perturbations.
