Zusammenfassung

Trotz einer steigenden Zahl von Arbeiten zu Fragen der Mastzelldifferenzierung ist der genaue Differenzierungsweg der Mastzellen noch immer unklar. Ziel dieser Arbeit war daher, durch Erzeugung monoklonaler Antikörper (mAK) gegen Membranantigene der Mastzelle einen neuen experimentellen Zugang zum Studium der Mastzellontogenese sowie zur Charakterisierung von Mastzellsubtypen zu schaffen.
