Schlussfolgerung

Eine 5-FU-Resistenz konnte im Pankreaskarzinom erfolgreich durch Blockade der TS-Regulation über src-Kinase-Inhibition abgebaut werden. Diese Ergebnisse demonstrieren einen möglichen Mechanismus, der zur Klärung des »hemosensitizer-Effekts« der src-Kinase-Inhibition in 5-FU chemotherapie-resistenten Pankreaskarzinomen beiträgt und unterstützen damit den Einsatz von src- Kinase-Inhibitoren in Kombination mit Chemotherapie in der Therapie des Pankreaskarzinoms.
