Zusammenfassung

Im Sektionsgut der an malignen Tumoren verstorbenen Patienten findet sich bei bis zu 30% eine Metastasierung in die Lunge (Willis 1967). Gilbert und Kagan (1976) fanden bei mehr als 20% der Patienten eine Metastasierung, die auf dieses Organ beschränkt war. Nierenzellkarzinome, Hodentumoren und Mammakarzinome haben eine besondere Tendenz der Metastasierung in die Lunge. Für Osteo- undWeichteilsarkome ist sie häufig das einzige Organ (Roth 1985).
