Abstract

The Sonogashira coupling of 5′-iodolappaconitine with prop-2-yn-1-ol, 2-methylbut-3-yn-2-ol, phenylacetylene, and 5-ethynylpyrimidine gave new lappaconitine derivatives containing an alkynyl fragment.
