We study the characteristic features of adsorption of the electrochemical diffusible hydrogen on the surface of low-alloy ferrite-pearlite pipe steel and its absorption by the volume of the material depending on time and the physicochemical conditions of hydrogenation in a model solution of ground water. We establish the dependence of the volume concentration of hydrogen in the material on the duration of hydrogenation and propose an analytic dependence for predictive estimates.
