Abstract

Chinese food culture has a long history. Various local food not only have their unique flavors, but also reflect Chinese culture and folk customs. The integration of Chinese food culture and English subject can promote the publicity of Chinese food culture, which could play an important role of “telling China’s stories well”. Tian** is a coastal city. It is a provincial administrative region and municipality directly under the central government of China, which is located at the junction of nine rivers converging into the sea. The unique geographical location has formed the diversity of Tian** cuisine culture, which is quite typical and worth studying. Starting with the characteristics of Chinese food culture, this essay mainly explores the effective path and strategy of the integration of Chinese food culture and English.
