Abstract
This video presentation highlights the detailed surgical tricks of performing total pericardiectomy via median sternotomy without cardiopulmonary bypass. The importance of development of a cleavage plane between the epicardial peel of Harrington and epicardial fat, and creation of pericardial flaps on both sides.
