Abstract

With the development of technology, workers’ demand for software is increasing sharply, and the problem of software development platform has become the focus in the IT department. In order to deal with this problem, National Meteorological Information Center (NMIC) designed a visual integrated development environment where non-developers who are in charge of meteorological business can develop and design webs for their work. The purpose of this paper is to provide an environment that is based on low-code and no-code [1] execution platform. It supports various templates and components to shield different software structure and program skills while develo**. The most important feature of future meteorological monitoring service development is that it is helped people who are non-developer worker to spend more time on business logic and algorithm. In the future, we will promote the platform in nationwide and help the local meteorological departments to develop their own meteorological monitoring system.
