Abstract

In this paper, a secondary sintering process is used to perform secondary sintering on batches of unqualified varistors with higher potential gradients at five different temperatures. By studying the influence of different sintering temperatures on the electrical parameters and energy tolerance of each group of varistors, the best secondary sintering temperature is obtained. The research results show that: when the temperature is 1045 ℃, the electric potential gradient of the varistor after sintering is 221 V/mm, and the energy tolerance is better.
