Abstract
Terahertz wave detection is one of the most popular research fields. Detecting terahertz wave requires a highly sensitive detection technology, because the transmission power of the terahertz wave is relatively low and the terahertz wave is liable to be coupled with the thermal background, thus affecting the accurate detection of terahertz frequencies.
