Abstract
Acidification is one of the widely used stimulation measures in conventional and unconventional oil fields. Its principle is to restore or improve the permeability of formation pores and fractures through the dissolution and erosion of rock cements or formation pores and plugging objects in fractures by acid solution. Acidification can be divided into pickling, matrix acidification and fracturing acidification according to different processes. Different types of acid such as gelled acid and authigenic acid are needed for acidification according to different blocks and lithology. The effect of acidification is directly determined by the consistency of acid parameters with design. Due to the wide variety of acid and the remote location of development Wells, it is difficult for inspectors to fully detect acid, which may lead to qualified acid entering the formation, poor acidizing effect or even failure. In view of this situation, the author invented a mobile acid testing chamber, which can detect most of the acid on site, avoid unqualified acid entering the formation, affect the construction effect, and improve the efficiency of acidizing construction.
