Abstract

In response to the Order on ceasing the privilege of Russian Embassy on 23 September 1920, the envoys from all countries in Bei**g that have entered into treaties with the Republic of China considered how the interests in China.

The announcement was published many times in the Judicial Bulletin afterwards.
