Abstract
Sustainability supply chain management (SSCM) is related to supply chain practices that synergize with sustainable practices along the supply chain. This study tries to describe the scope of sustainable production and consumption, especially related to the use of raw materials in the mocaf agro-industry. Mocaf is a commodity of modified cassava flour. This paper only discusses environmental aspects and several ways related to the implementation of sustainability in the mocaf agro-industry that can be carried out by business actors. The data used are secondary data taken from the internet and previous research on mocaf and the related environment in one production cycle. The results are expected to be a consideration for mocaf agro-industry companies to decide to implement environmental sustainability as the first step in SSCM. Mocaf agro-industry can implement sustainability as follows, residues from the sieving process can be used as animal feed, and the indoor flouring process can minimize flour residue in the form of fine dust, switch to using environmentally friendly electricity-based equipment, minimize the use of fossil fuels.
