Abstract
At present, China’s rural society is in a period of profound changes and adjustments, and some new problems and contradictions have emerged. The original traditional means of rural governance are no longer able to effectively solve the newly generated problems and contradictions, and rural governance urgently needs to be transformed. The emergence of artificial intelligence not only effectively solves the problem of insufficient effectiveness of rural governance, but also promotes the transformation and development of rural governance subject, structure, scope and means. The emergence of artificial intelligence not only effectively solves the problem of lack of effectiveness of rural governance, but also promotes the transformation and development of rural governance subject, structure, scope and means. However, artificial intelligence is not a panacea, and there are still technical, ethical, and practical dilemmas to be cracked. Based on the above analysis, this paper put forward countermeasure suggestions such as establishing the concept of technical governance, building a data governance platform, innovating the mode of intelligent governance, and improving the application of governance technology, which provide experience and reference for the transformation of modern rural governance empowered by artificial intelligence and the construction of a new pattern of rural governance.
