Abstract

The strategic management of the complex weapon equipment systems development must carry out effective strategic risk management. Firstly, the concept and process of strategic risk management for the complex weapon equipment systems were analyzed development. Then, the Hall three-dimensional structure theory was used to construct the three-dimensional system structure of strategic risk management for the complex weapon equipment systems development. Based on this, a Meta Synthesis Model for strategic risk management for the complex weapon equipment systems development was established, and applied to the practice of strategic risk management for a certain type of complex weapon equipment system development, The results indicate that this model can provide effective theoretical support and methodological guidance for the practical application of strategic risk management in the complex weapon equipment systems development.
