Abstract
With the continuous growth of power peak load and the rapid development of distributed new energy, the difficulty of power grid dispatching operation is increased, which poses a new major challenge to the power system regulation ability. The operation control target of high temperature solid electric heat storage unit is the temperature and flow control of the output heat energy. The operation control strategy of thermal power unit mainly focuses on how to conduct efficient heating, heat release control and follow the wind abandoning. In this paper, a single analog instruction continuous discrete hybrid control method based on the characteristics of electric storage load is presented. Through the Automatic Generation Control (AGC) regulation and control, the grid coordinated control of load control and regulating units in thermal power plant is carried out. Traditional AGC is limited to power supply control and adopts electric heating and heat storage devices with timing and framing control. In the combined regulation area of electric heating and heat release, the hybrid control method of single instruction continuous regulation and continuous discrete dynamic switching is proposed. Under the condition of small fluctuation of power grid frequency under the existing equipment and channel resources, the heat release and heat production can fully follow the absorption of wind abandoning.
