Abstract
This report analyzes and ranks public satisfaction with urban basic services levels by individual item. It uses the item development index in creating a list of exemplary cities. The government service items include healthcare, public housing, public transportation, public security, social security and employment, basic education, urban environment, culture and sports, and professionalism in government service delivery.
