Abstract

The severe respiratory syndrome human coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) pandemic has forced us to recognize the need for rapid analysis of unknown viral pathogens. A state-of-art nucleotide sequencer has demonstrated high performance in RNA-sequencing the genome of SARS-CoV-2 Wuhan-Hu-1, but who has discovered a lethal risk factor coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19)? Because there was no computational tool for etiological analysis. An invisible enemy increases the fear of the world. Currently, we have miRNA entangling target sorting/quantum microRNA (miRNA) language plus artificial intelligence (METS/MIRAI). From this pandemic, you firstly have to accept the RNA wave 2000 criteria. In other words, the RNA including the viral miRNA, is a mobile genetic element. Thus, we attempted to investigate the pathogenicity of COVID-19 and the deadly factor of SARS-CoV-2 from clinical data and RNA sequence data using METS/MIRAI.

Knowing is not enough; we must apply.—von Goethe JW
