Abstract
This chapter focuses on spine anatomy in full endoscopic spine surgery and its fundamentals to application and adaptation so that a surgical technique for full endoscopic spine surgery is appropriately chosen. The success of full endoscopic spine surgery is the understanding of its safe and danger zones so that intraoperative complications such as neural structural problems may be avoided. The main purpose of this chapter is to provide the necessary information on full endoscopic spine surgery.
