Abstract

Malignant mesenchymal tumors of sinonasal tract are rare. The tumors are either conventional soft tissue sarcomas arising from somatic soft tissue of the tract or tumors specifically involving sinonasal tract. This chapter includes both entities with salient histopathologic features.
