Abstract
Winning a grant creates a gratifying experience for anyone who painstakingly proceeds with each stage of grant preparation, submission, and follow-up. Getting grants, either the first time or in succession brings joy and added responsibility. The generosity of the organization or agency must be acknowledged and repaid with quality research, which is the focus of the current chapter.
No one who achieves success does so without acknowledging the help of others. The wise and confident acknowledge this help with gratitude
