Abstract
In a broad sense, optimization is to make a system as effective as possible. In a narrow sense, optimization is a way and method, that is, find the best way and method to achieve the goal from many solutions. In terms of mathematics, optimization refers to maximizing or minimizing the objective function under certain constraints. The optimization of the so-called traffic structure, therefore, not only refers to the change in the proportion of the traffic structure represented by the unequal distribution of the growth rate of various modes of transport, but also the replacement of the main transport in the entire traffic structure.
