Abstract
In the five years since it was launched, the achievements of Belt and Road Initiative (BRI) have so far surpassed expectations. This success is based on the vitality of mutually beneficial and win–win modes of cooperation, drawing on the impetus provided by China’s vision of a community with a shared future for mankind. Based on an analysis of BRI achievements, this chapter examines issues and contradictions encountered in the implementation of the BRI in detail. It proposes corresponding solutions to mitigate risks and ensure the smooth development of the BRI. This chapter is a positive contribution to the development of the BRI, offering a valuable reference for policymakers and enterprises participating in the project.
