Abstract
Poverty and health are interrelated. Poverty can easily cause diseases, and diseases often deepen poverty. From the perspective of the development of human history, the vicious circle between disease and poverty can be broken through healthcare. China's experience and practice of poverty reduction have proved this. It is believed that the main experiences of China’s poverty alleviation through healthcare are to build a sound medical service and mechanism for the rural poor, institutionally provide health guarantees for poor communities, and at the same time pay attention to the use of sources of governments, communities, and enterprises. These are experiences for the reference of other countries when implementing poverty alleviation through healthcare.
