Abstract

A 28-year-old female complained of ptosis in her right eye accompanied by double vision for 2 weeks. She reported the ptosis worsening in the morning and better in the afternoon when asked specifically. The diplopia was mostly horizontal with slight vertical pattern when reading and driving. She lost body weight of about 10 kg in the past half a year and she often felt palpitation recently.
