Abstract

Tibial avulsion fracture of the anterior cruciate ligament (ACL), or anterior tibial eminence fracture, may need surgical intervention when it is displaced and cause instability and knee extension limitation. There are three main conditions that need to be noted, the acute and chronic fractures in skeletally mature patients and the fracture in skeletally immature patients. From technical point, challenges exist for the chronic fracture in adults and the fracture in skeletally immature patients.
