Abstract

Spirit has come into being as the truth of nature. Apart from this result’s having the significance of truth within the idea in general, and, moreover, being the prius in respect of what precedes it, within the Notion, the becoming of transition has the more determinate significance of a free judgement. Spirit’s coming into being means therefore that nature of its own accord sublates itself as being inadequate to truth, and consequently that spirit no longer presupposes itself as this self-externality of corporeal singularity, but in the the concretion and totality of its simple universality. In this it is soul, not yet spirit.

Zusammenfassung

Der Geist ist entstanden, als die Wahrheit der Natur zu kommen. Abgesehen von diesem Ergebnis ist mit der Bedeutung der Wahrheit in der Idee im allgemeinen und darüber hinaus wird der Prius in Bezug auf was vorausgeht, unter den Begriff, hat das Werden des Übergangs die bestimmtere Bedeutung einer freien Entscheidung. Spirit im Entstehen bedeutet also, dass die Natur von selbst sich aufhebt als unzureichend, um die Wahrheit und damit der Geist nicht mehr voraussetzt, sich als dieses Selbst-Äußerlichkeit des körperlichen Singularität, sondern in der Konkretion und Totalität seiner einfachen Allgemeinheit. In diesem ist es Seele, noch nicht Geist ift.
