Abstract
Thrombolytic drugs and vasodilators have conventionally been administered in the treatment of occlusive diseases of the retinal arteries, and hyperbaric oxygen therapy has occasionally been attempted. Recently, particular attention has been increasingly paid to the efficacy of stellate ganglion-blocking therapy, aimed at vessel dilation.
