Abstract
There are some best practices and behaviours that contribute significantly to the success of the Deliver Value phase. These include the use of the Low-Level Delivery Plan as a weekly schedule, and also how to interact with the team and what is expected of team members. Below is an explanation of why which things are necessary and which positive behaviours contribute to success and which negative behaviours contribute to failure.
