Zusammenfassung
13 Elemente (neben Wasser und CO2) sind für das Wachstum der Pflanzen Grundvoraussetzung. Die mit dem Erntegut entzogenen Nährstoffe müssen durch organische Düngemittel, biologische Stickstofffixierung oder Mineraldünger ersetzt werden. Die drei Hauptnährstoffe Stickstoff, Phosphor und Kali werden in großen Mengen als Mineraldünger ausgebracht.
