Rezeption und Bewertung internistischer Befunde

Zusammenfassung

Die Auswirkungen internistischer Erkrankungen auf die individuelle Funktions- und Leistungsfähigkeit sind häufig Gegenstand gutachterlicher Untersuchungen. Wenn psychologische Sachverständige krankheitsbedingte Leistungsbeeinträchtigungen beurteilen, sollten sie über Kenntnisse zum Krankheitsbild und zu geeigneten Behandlungsmaßnahmen verfügen. Der Beitrag stellt exemplarisch psychosoziale Belastungsfaktoren für ausgewählte internistische Erkrankungen (Tumorerkrankungen, Herz-Kreislauferkrankungen, Diabetes, Niereninsuffizienz) dar und gibt Hinweise zur Beurteilung medizinischer Behandlungen und sozialmedizinischer Bewertungen. Die Bewertung internistischer Befunde kann sich auf Aspekte der Vollständigkeit, die Vereinbarkeit diagnostischer und therapeutischer Maßnahmen mit AWMF-Leitlinien und das Aufzeigen eventuell vorhandener logischer Widersprüche beschränken.
