Habituationslernen ist eine elementare Form des Lernens und dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Reaktion auf einen Reiz allmählich nachlässt, wenn man sich an den Reiz gewöhnt hat. In diesem Kapitel erfahren Eltern und andere Betreuungspersonen, wie man Habituationslernen bei Kleinkindern im ersten Lebensjahr beobachten kann und welche Erkenntnisse sich daraus gewinnen lassen.
