Zusammenfassung

Das Cubitaltunnelsyndrom (auch Sulcus-ulnaris-Syndrom) stellt nach dem Karpaltunnelsyndrom das häufigste Nervenengpasssyndrom an der oberen Extremität dar. Eine Neuropathie des N. ulnaris kann durch eine Nervenwurzelkompression auf Höhe C8 und Th1, durch Kompression des Plexus brachialis, das Thoracic-outlet-Syndrom oder durch eine Kompression des N. ulnaris auf Höhe des Ellenbogens, des Unterarms oder des Handgelenkes hervorgerufen werden.
