Zusammenfassung
Die Hypersensitivitätspneumonitis(„hypersensitivity pneumonitis“, HP), die auch als exogen allergische Alveolitis (EAA) bezeichnet wird, ist eine seltene, akut oder chronisch verlaufende allergische Erkrankung der Lunge. Sie stellt das klinische Korrelat einer verzögerten allergischen Reaktion auf eingeatmete Fremdantigene dar. Sehr selten kann eine EAA auch durch Medikamente verursacht werden. Die allergische bronchopulmonale Aspergillose (ABPA) stellt eine seltene Komplikation bei Patienten mit Zystischer Fibrose oder mit schwerem Asthma bronchiale dar. Sie ist Ausdruck einer komplexen immunologischen Reaktion gegen Antigene des Schimmelpilzes Aspergillus fumigatus. In ganz seltenen Einzelfällen können auch andere Pilze die ABPA auslösen, man spricht in diesen Fällen von der allergischen bronchopulmonalen Mykose.
