Zusammenfassung

Kinder mit Sprachentwicklungsstörungen (SES) erleben insbesondere im Schul- und Erwachsenenalter Schwierigkeiten in verschiedenen Lebensbereichen, etwa in ihren schulischen oder beruflichen Werdegängen. Auch das Vorkommen zusätzlicher Auffälligkeiten in nichtsprachlichen Bereichen, z. B. klinisch relevanter Störungen der sozial-emotionalen oder motorischen Entwicklung, ist bei Kindern mit SES im Vergleich zu sprachlich unauffällig entwickelten Kindern erhöht.
