Dies ist beispielsweise häufig der Fall bei Krebserkrankungen, multipler Sklerose (MS) (Abschn. 4.2 und Abschn. 4.4), entzündlich rheumatischen Erkrankungen oder neuropathischen Schmerzen (aufgrund von HIV-Infektionen, Herpes zoster, Diabetes mellitus, Zytostatikabehandlung, Rückenmarkverletzungen, Operationen etc.).
