Zusammenfassung
Was in der Klinik häufig ist, ist häufig – wenn man Hufgetrappel hört, sollte man nach Pferden Ausschau halten, nicht nach Zebras – das erleichtert oft die Diagnose, sagen amerikanische Kollegen. Aber: es gibt auch immer die Ausnahme davon. Man kann zwar von einer statistischen Zahl ausgehen, aber darf dabei nicht vergessen, dass auch immer ein „Plus-Minus“ oder eben ein Zebra existiert.
