Der von der Überschrift umfaßte Stoff ist sehr umfangreich. Ordnung und Übersicht läßt sich auch hier nur mit der Planckschen Konstanten h erzielen. Die quantitativen Beziehungen sind teilweise recht verwickelt und nur in einzelnen Fällen gut geklärt. Die Darstellung muß sich auf eine kleine Auswahl beschränken.
