Folgend auf die Grundlagenerläuterung wird der zu behandelnde Themenbereich auf die immobilienwirtschaftlichen Aspekte spezifiziert. Dabei stehen vor allem die Herausforderungen, welche die Branche in ihrer Entwicklung hin zu einer intelligenten Stadt beschäftigen im Vordergrund.
