Zusammenfassung
Führung geschieht nicht nur durch die Sprache (Kommunikation), sondern auch in der Sprache. Wie wir sprechen, bestimmt auch, wie wir denken und was wir sein können. Sprache kann Vorstellungen eröffnen und auch einschränken. Der sogenannte Diskurs über Führung wird häufig dafür kritisiert, dass er Frauen, nicht-binären Menschen und queeren Personen keine Sprache gibt, in der sie über sich selbst sprechen können, ohne sich als minderwertig zu präsentieren. Die Forschung hat sich mit der Frage beschäftigt, was Sprache in unserem Verständnis anrichtet und wie wir so sprechen können, dass alle mit ihren Möglichkeiten vorkommen.
