Zusammenfassung
Als Aggregatdatenanalysen bezeichnet man Studien, deren Daten aus aggregierten Einheiten bestehen, die dann mit Hilfe statistischer Verfahren ausgewertet werden. Aggregate, also die meistens nach mathematischen oder statistischen Regeln angefertigten Zusammenfassungen von Daten, beziehen sich beispielsweise auf Organisationen, Regionen oder Nationen. Entsprechend stehen bei Aggregatdatenanalysen Fragestellungen über Zusammenhänge und Wirkungen von Länder- oder Gesellschaftscharakteristika im Vordergrund.
